This is your chance to openly and honestly talk about what's happening in your life; it's also an opportunity to tune in to your body, so you can start releasing locked-in tension, hurt or fear. You'll leave the session with a clear follow-through plan, so you can stay engaged and motivated.

Cancellation Policy
