Come join me for a mindful stress relief class designed to bring you peace and calm. Through mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork, I will guide you through simple and practical techniques to help you find relief from daily stress. These down-to-earth practices are easy to incorporate into your routine and will leave you feeling calm and centered.

Using evidence-based tools & self-care techniques that will empower you to:

  • Create an immediate sense of calm

  • Lower your heart rate & reduce stress naturally
