Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear communication is key, and the client-practitioner partnership is no exception. Please read the information below, so you know exactly where you stand in the event of needing to change or cancel your appointment.

​

In-person and online bodymind consultations paid for online and in advance are non-refundable.

​

If you are unable to attend your pre-paid appointment you may re-schedule to a future date (subject to availability). Please carefully read the conditions below for rescheduling a prepaid appointment:

​

• 24-hour cancellation notice is required to be eligible to reschedule your prepaid treatment session.

• Re-scheduling a cancelled prepaid treatment session must occur within 14 days of the cancellation.

• You may only re-schedule a prepaid treatment session once; if you are unable to attend your rescheduled appointment you will not be refunded.

 

Please carefully read the conditions below for rescheduling an appointment that has NOT been prepaid (i.e. the appointment was made directly via phone, text or face-to-face):

• 24-hour cancellation notice is requested and required.

• If less than 24 hours notice is given but you wish to make another appointment, you will be asked to book and pre-pay for your appointment via my website.

​

Emergency cancellations are determined at the therapist's discretion; a $30.00 AUD booking fee may apply.

Classes: Classes paid for in advance and online are non-refundable. 24-hour cancelation notice is required to be eligible to transfer your pre-payment to a future class date (depending on class schedule).

Word of Warning: No crazy physical stunts on the day prior to your appointment, please. (I'm not going to mention any names, but this has occurred before.)

Privacy Policy

By providing your mobile number and email address when booking online or completing the health questionnaire in-person, you agree to receive SMS texts or emails from Lauren Joy Wilson. 

​

Emails or SMS texts are primarily sent to inform you of any changes to appointments / classes. SMS texts may occasionally include relevant upcoming promotions. Emails containing upcoming promotions will be sent via my e-newsletter, which you can sign-up for on my health questionnaire or on my website.

I will NOT share your personal data with third parties.
