A chance to verbalize life issues that are weighing heavily on your mind, keeping you up at night or distracting you during the day. Learn how to work through setbacks and upheavals, as well as healthy ways to manage stress and release painful emotions. Suitable for first-time clients and returning clients. PLEASE NOTE: Bodywork is NOT included in the In-Person Verbal Consultation.

Cancellation Policy
