How to stay strong & true to you in 2025!

I'm the kind of person who can easily pick up on other people's emotions, thoughts and feelings.
This energy sensitivity can be really helpful in my work as a holistic therapist AND it can also be a real challenge.
Having meditation and breathing techniques I can easily draw on has made it possible for me to stay grounded in my own energy and keep centred, rather than feeling like I'm tumbled around in an energetic washing machine!
That brings me to something I'd like to say about 2025...
The start of a new year can bring a burst of enthusiasm and freshness; it can also bring an unrealistic expectation to be in a certain place in your life, or to feel a certain way.
Meditation and mindfulness tools are my way of staying strong and true to me, regardless of what's happening around me; it's my way of creating calm in the chaos.
